Habe in der Filiale im Oktober ein Artikel bestellt und bei der Abholung bezahlt. Nachdem die Filiale mir 3mal den falschen Artikel geliefert hatte, wurde mir schlussendlich das Geld zurückerstattet. Nun bekam ich gestern eine Mahnung ich hätte den Artikel nicht bezahlt. Bei der Hotline hiess es dann, ich müsse die Mahnung per Mail einschicken sie können das Problem nicht so lösen. Bis eine Antwort komme gehe es 10 bis 14 Tage. Ich hoffe mal in dieser Zeit kommt nicht schon die 2te Mahnung. Dieses Verhalten von Interdiscount empfinde ich als sehr schwach.

Bin von Gänsbrunnen und habe mir extra 2 h Zeit genommen mir Airpots pro zu holen. Hate aber keine mehr, danach bestellte ich ein paar und am nächsten Tag auch nicht da. Fakt ist der Verkeufer bestellte nich also musste ich noch einmal gehen. Im gesamten habe ich also 6h gebraucht um mir die Airpots pro zu holen. Einfach unglaublich
