Hat ihre Reservationen überhaupt nicht im Griff. Habe über die Webseite von ihr gebucht und kurz vor der Anreise meinte sie dann, dass sie meine Buchung nicht erhalten habe. Aber in meinen Mail sehe ich, dass sie die Buchhung per Mail gekriegt hatte. Stehe jetzt ohne Hotelzimmer da. Wirklich sehr übel.
