Really disappointed, the only reason I have one star is because of the employees, the female owner is really rude, if I was to do again would not pay for the video as it is really impersonal and a waste of money. Really disappointed with everything as I paid 200 Australian dollars to buy a video that was only a YouTube link ( not even DVD ) and had background music that didn’t highlight the experience and made it feel like a copy paste experience. Employees were amazing and the men who you tandem with are great. Just wish for the price that the overall experience was amazing. Felt really rushed and just another customer to the owners who insisted we hurry up so they get to the next job. With the nerves of skydiving the owner was very insensitive. Highly overpriced. Amazing views. Can not recommended highly enough NOT to get the video as you can YouTube video Switzerland Skydive and it is the the same as the “personal” video they create for you. Underwhelmed with the whole experience and would not recommend. Definitely not about the employees only about the female owner and the DVD. If you want to remember your experience and show friends recommend go with another company or another country. Wish I could write a better review but the video was ridiculous and the amount of effort was extremely embarrassing
