24h turnaround? No Support via phone? Not available Customer service? Very slow to respond Quality? Alright Stickers showed up 4 days after the day of placing my order. Quality is not brilliant but okay and they look fine after the first dish washing round

Worse website and customer service ever. I ordered stickers from this site and the payslip payment option was not working (I got “something went wrong message” twice). I put my credit card details and 5 days later my order is still “pending payment”. After several emails to their customer service, no response and no solution to my problem. Delivery in 24 hours and Customer service response in 24 hours as advertised on their website, is not respected. Just a marketing trick. Never again!!!

1 Stern, weil die Sticker wirklich süß sind. ABER: es gibt weder eine Versandmitteilung, nich Kundesupport! Keine Telefonnummer. Auf Anfragen über das Kontaktformular reagiert Stickerkid ÜBERHAUPT nicht!!! Da gibt es Anbieter mit besserem Service. Wir nehmen nun unsere Lieferung und bestellen zukünftig woanders.

Service après-vente catastrophique. Après 2 demandes faites par écrit aucune réponse de leur part, alors que sur le site web on nous assure une réponse en 24h. De plus, je trouve que les étiquettes ne sont pas de très bonne qualité.

Der erste Aufkleber hat sich bereits vor dem Waschen gelöst, der Rest nach dem ersten Waschen. Auf Bitte um Rückabwicklung des Kaufs angesichts der schlechten Qualität stellt man sich stumm.
