Avoid at all costs Groupe Mutuel has become one of the worst insurance companies in Switzerland. They used to care about the client and now it's obvious that their best client is the one that pays without ever submitting a claim. I hope many people see this review and are warned so they can avoid Groupe Mutuel at all costs. For a better alternative try Assura

à l'instant Incompétence sans limite du standard téléphonique ! Une honte ! 6 demandes d’une chose simple et je reçois tous les deux jours des courriers qui ne correspondent pas à ma demande !!! Du gâchis ! Une perte de temps ! Et de l’énervement ! Je vais changer d assurance car franchement c’est une honte !
