Terrible experience! We waited more than 4 weeks to have our woollen carpet clean, we then got it back after paying 180 CHF and hearing from the owner of the shop that the carpet was like new. Unfortunately when we open up the carpet at home there were new yellow stains on it and it look far away from new. We went back to the shop and the guy said this was not his problem and kept all our money.

Sehr freundlich und top Reinigung meiner Hosen und Hemden.
Einmal und nie wieder. Unfreundliche Bedienung. Ich habe meinen Anzug und 8 Krawatten am Montag gebracht (inkl. zwei neuen Knöpfen) und sollte das Ganze am nächsten Montag abholen. Am entsprechenden Termin wurde ich dann erst auf Dienstag und dann auf Mittwoch vertröstet und als ich am Mittwoch alles abholen wollte um 09:40h meinte man es sei noch alles in der Maschine ich solle später wieder kommen... Inakzeptabel!! Wenn wenigstens der Preis im normalen Bereich gewesen wäre... Suchen Sie sich lieber eine andere Reinigung.
