I needed my laptop cable changed because my own one was no longer working. I was looked after by a guy called Boris and he was so friendly and kind! My first language was English and he made me feel very welcome He was able to find me just what I needed and made me feel very welcome in store. Very satisfied with the service and the store. Awesome staff Thanks Boris!

I first come to this shop since my phone which I bought from my home country dont support Swiss SIM card.I picked an iPhone SE and want to do a card cut in order to plug in my home country card to see if it works fine.but the staff told me they don't have a card cutter in the shop.howcome a telephone shop don't even have a card cutter！

Très bon Swisscom shop, toujours bien reçu, le personnel est très professionnel et le gérant très sympathique et arrangent. Pour votre parking choisissez la Migros qui offre les 30 première minutes se qui pourrez vous suffir pour visiter le Swisscom Shop, n'oublié pas n'on plus de prendre votre ticket en rentrant dans le shop et de patienter jusqu'à ce qu'on vous appelle.
