Super schnelle Lieferung, sehr hilfbereiter Kundendienst (danke Marianne!) und die Pflanze kam komplett unbeschädigt bei uns zuhause an. nur war die Bananenpflanze 3cm kleiner als auf der Website beschrieben , 100cm, daher 1 Punkt abzug... trotzdem kann ich den Online Shop weiterempfehlen, da die Pflanze doch sehr schön ist. habe den Topf dazu mitbestellt, schlicht und praktisch.
