The restaurant is beautiful. The food quality - REALLY - one of the best I have ever had in Switzerland. But the people working there... well... they are AMAZING! In the end my wife and I didn't get the name of the woman that served us there but she was so nice AND even spoke in Portuguese with us. Highly recommended.
Awesome view specially on a sunny weather .... a good stop for a drink or a meal from the long hike up.... and an adventure walk going thru a cave before you reach the restaurant....
Very cute place. Food was very good. I was not expecting much from the food since it is a very famous highly visited tourist place... also it is on the side of a mountain but it was very good. They had lots of local regional options. even locally roasted coffee beans. service was very good and bathrooms were also fine. A really nice little shop with all locally delicatessen like foods like homemade granola, fruit bread, dried sausages, etc. Would recommend.
Is such a lovely place to go. The walk is great but a bit dangerous and take your time. The restaurant as in the pics. Great for a beer or kafeelutz. Recommrndable even though there is lots of people. Go as early as possible
No, I have not been there like a guest only like a visitor, but have to show you the beauty of this charming place. Of course you may stay there in guesthouse or in restaurant, it 100% worth it. There’s no parking maybe even WiFi but you find there tasty food and drinks with amazing views.
As so many people have already mention, this is a very cute place. Perched on the mountain side, you can have a bit or a drink with a spectacular view. Does tend to be full of people though especially during the summer as it is a favourite for tourists and visitors, so be ready to find it crowded.
Great place for a break during a hike in this beautiful area. If all the seats are taken it is easy to grab something smaller to go and find your own resting spot with a fantastic view. Because of all the attention it gets, this one-of-a-kind and remote watering hole does get quite a few visitors, especially during beautiful weather. Couldn't find a seat for our group of five, so we went to the take-away counter (enter and go towards left, there are signs) and got homemade sandwiches, ice cream treats, and drinks. Shuffle away from the crowds and plop down on the ground for a picnic!
