A brand new, beautiful hospital filled with horrible, uncaring doctors who hurt rather than help you.

The Geburtsabteilung here is absolutely incredible. The midwifes are attentive, loving and genuinely caring. They listen to your wishes and do everything they can to give you the experience you wish for your birth. I had the most perfect birth and midwifes through all parts of labour. Extremely grateful. ️ Best choice of hospital. I need to mention i was also lucky with busyness at the time of labour/birth. With slow induction it lasted 53 hours. Thank you to the whole team!

Thank you for taking good care of me. Went in with a harassed and stiff neck and arm, and the staff were all incredible - from the registration office, to triage, to the lovely doctor who was so nice, calm and thorough. Thank you for your kindness.

Two hours still waiting for a doctor. Disgusting.

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. The treatment was appalling. I suffered a miscarriage and was bleeding profusely. Hospital staff refused to admit me unless I paid for my treatment upfront, dispite it being an emergency and me showing my British passport (EU members are entitled to be treated in any EU country). The staff treated me like a thief and a dog and I sincerely believe it was because I am black they assumed I was trying to cheat them. It was the worst experience of my life and I will not visit Switzerland again. I’ve received better treatment in Morocco and in the USA. A member of staff did contact me subsequently and apologised for my treatment, offering to refund my money but it was too little too late. I have been traumatised by my experience. Had I not been able to afford to pay for my healthcare upfront, they would have left me there to die and admitted so. Shame. Shame on you.
