Clean, good temperature of water both on summer or winter. The thermal river is a really fun way of doing baths, kids love it too. The saunas are small but never too overcrowded. I recommend week days from 18h00 as you only pay 18fr and it closes at 20h40. More then enough time.

The rooms, views and surroundings are nice, - It's a mess, everything cost extra, Everything is overcrowded, they don't enforce any of the measures they put up for COVID-19 safty so I guess they shouldn't even be allowed to be open? non of the 4 receptionist we spoke to could give accurate info. Summary, it's a good looking hotel with good rooms and surroundings but you have so many better options so why go here? If you want to go to the swimming pool you can just pay normal entrance, the spa cost extra anyway, which will probably get you a better hotel for a cheaper overall cost

The baths centre is nice, it has big outdoor pools, nice sauna. However, from my experience not the best in the area, this 4 stars

My first visit to a thermic bath in Switzerland. Very nice location. The area these bains are in is stunning. For as the bain, i did not know what to expect, crowded place with some water in the chlore.

Really nice place. There are several pools and the hammam/sauna area is pretty cool too

Very nice place to relax. Bring your towels with you - no renting. Sauna area is not textile free.

Highly recommended for families with kids, as it offers 2 slides, a river stream pool and 3 other pools with jacuzzi, sauna and hamam. Locates between a valley, it offers beautiful views of the mountains.

We used to come there quite often, really nice spa surrounded by mountains - in late winter and spring especially nice. Normally I would give that place 5 stars but after last experience we had there where our flip flops have been stolen make us not to go there anymore... Its not about the place but also the people who come here as well. Not much spa can do but we will do not come back there again for sure.
