Few flowers because of the impact of skis' piste. The whole track return ticket cost less than combing two half tracks. The parking has expensive price (15 CHF the whole day) and the is only an autonat test accept only coins or notes of serious franc, beware to have enough with you

Absolutely the most beautifal view point in Saastal. Amazing view on Mischabelkette and Weismiess by Hohsaas.

The ride up from Kreuzboden Gondelstation (reached by Gondelbahn Saas-Grund - Kreuzboden in Saas-Grund Dorf) to Hohsaas is quite impressive, with the landscape morphing from lush green pastures into barren, lifeless ridges. Still, once you step outside the cable-car, the scene is breathtakingly beautiful, with snow covered walls on one side and rocky terrain on the other side. No need to take your water flask with you, as melted snow see to it that there is a constant flow of fresh, sweet and cool drinking water. For the more adventurous type, there are a variety of routes that will reveal even more picturesque panoramas. For these you will need to come prepared with climbing gear, warm clothing and hot water flask...
