It is was an amazing experience. The staff is very knowledgeable. I brought my old running shoes to help them analyse the way I run. With those information on hand they were able to select several shoes to fit my profile. They let me run with each of them before I made my choice. The whole process took around 45 minutes. I would advise to get an appointment before hand.

The salesperson was very professional, expert in the field and really took the time to observe how I run and based on that suggest the best running shoes for me. I was shocked by how aggressive the salesperson got when I returned unused shoes 3 days later, because I found a different brand that fit me better. He told me the other brand is a bad choice, berated me about why I bought it in the first place, accused my friend of looking up the shoes online when he was looking up reviews. Will take my business somewhere that doesn't make me feel uncomfortable and attacked

David took at least 30min to literally walk me through different options and explain the exact reasons why different shoes would be good for me. I’m a half marathon and marathon runner, and really appreciated the specific care and attention to show me best practices - from tying my laces in a better way to the best way to store my shoes at home. He even let me run outside to make sure they were the right fit for me, and a client was able to change their pair after some discomfort when I was at the store. Yes, it might be bit more expensive than some other large stores, but I’m very happy to pay a slight premium to walk away with a pair of shoes that will prevent damaging my legs when I run on them for 4 hours every week. Highly recommend it!
