We briefed this notary with a 3 weeks notice for a project. We sent all the necessary documents the next days on his request. We never heard anything back. Every time we asked what the status of the project was, they replied, ''it is ongoing''. Finally when de deadline approached, we asked what the status was and they said they had not started it yet and were not going to be able to do it within the requested timing. This caused us quite some issues and it was to late to brief another notary. This lack of professionalism, honesty and transparency was unexpected and very disappointing.
