Very disappointed with the customer service (a number that nobody ever answers even after hours of waiting on the line) and late delivery without even having the courtesy to announce they are late. Will be celebrating my holidays without any sofa, table and chairs, even they were due early December. After several requests, I have received a vague response from customer service. I had experience with their company in Austria. Much more professional there.

To be avoided over weekends. imagine with no structure or system. This place is chaotic and terribly inefficient. The products are relatively cheap and the quality reflects this price.
I bought a product online and the color was not as described on the website, I contacted the company and they said they do not accept returns for the products bought online!
So far, I am awarding XXXLutz two stars, which I hope to increase upon delivery of my products (2 beds). Upon calling to confirm the date that delivery would occur (based off the information provided upon purchase, it was due the following week or week thereafter), I was informed it was at minimum another 6 weeks until the items arrived, and offered chf100 off my order. Considering the amount spent (we put alot of thought into it and we are not wealthy), 100chf would make little to no difference on the order...my advice is question everything. We met a wonderful sales person, and they were very helpful, and the selection is wonderful but r what you sign on the purchase contract versus what they agree with you can vary by 4-6 weeks, and when you are waiting on new beds, and 6 months pregnant, it can make all the difference. XXXLutz have agreed to a new delivery date which is still 3 weeks later than agreed in the store. Based off the other comments and ratings here, I am not the first to experience this issue. I have even emailed the address in the responses that XXXLutz ask waiting customers to email them on, with no reply. I will continue to follow up on it to ensure I am not forgotten. If delivered as per the agreement, I will increase my rating, but right now, I am not a happy customer and I will go elsewhere in future.
Very wide selection of products such as beds, sofas etc. We also had lunch in the restaurant which was fantastic!! Very quick service snd very very friendly staff. We ended up buying a bed and the staff was very nice too.
Nice place to shop. They have a lot of goods for all budgets.
Cool stuff inside, cool stuff outside. Parking might be a bit bigger, and less tricky. The goods are high quality, the price tags accordingly... I liked it very much, I will come back again!
