Unsatisfied, poor customer service, I paid for a voucher I was never able to redeem as they were fully booked and the only date I was finally able to book was canceled. Luckily I got refunded but still disappointed by the poor flexibility.

Pos Bridge

Moved from another school to finish my paragliding licence at ROBAIR. Couldn't be more happy with the customer service and level of technical education. The shop is opened something like 360 days a year. Even when the Swiss weather doesn't allow a flying day (which is often) the guys at ROBAIR are still there to help with your training.
