Domain deactivated Without any previous warnings just 4 weeks after Invoice received. ALL emails sent to Hosttech without any answer, even tough a Ticket number has been generated, a coustomer service seems to be inexistent. If you're not in switzerland you can also not reach this company by phone because of their 0900 Number. The offered payment by Creditcard does not work eighter. A total failure in service.
Very very bad experience and extremely disappointed. We have been informed that they were experiencing a phising attack and because of that we have not being able to connect to our account. We called the customer service several times, no solution, only standarized service. Still...no solution and when you call them you have to pay 1.19CHF /minute even if you call them because of their own problem, no solution, no refund, no help
Probably the last provider on earth which still charges extra for payments with credit cards and paypal.
Suddenly our domain got disabled. We didn't receive receive any invoice or reminder that the domain payment is due. As a business that has dozens of domains where payment is always automatically done blocking a domain without notice is fatal for your business. As far as I can see the bill/reminder was due 7 days ago. Not reliable if you are a serious business. Instead of contacting you per mail, post or phone number, they just block your domain without notice or sending invoices. We would have paid the invoice if you would have received any. IF another company doesn't pay our invoice we always try to contact them or at least send out an invoice.
