We had booked a table to celebrate our friend's 50th and had hoped to sit outside but sadly, the weather didn't cooperate. Instead we had a lovely table for 3 inside in the beautifully decorated restaurant. We thought it might be stuffy with the hot and humid outside but it was perfect. For me the highlight was the starter: pea soup with a scallop wrapped in bacon. Absolutely devine, please ler me take 1 litre of it home! My absolutely favorite meal is Wienerschnitzel with fries so I like to try it wherever I go. It wasn't bad, but I like my Schnitzel to have a crispy crust and well seasoned which it wasn't, I had to add salt. We only had a tiny dessert but it was nice. To start off with we had a fantastic waitress and we mentioned it to one of her colleagues, we hope this gets passed on. Attentive, friendly and very professional.

Food, service and location are all superb. The staff are friendly and attentive without being too obtrusive. The restaurant overlooks the lake and the tables and furniture are extremely comfortable. The food is exceptionally good and well presented. Nothing to complain about except maybe the price which is a bit high although if it's a special occasion then well worth it.
