Very spacious rooms, really comfortable. Staff was very polite. The buffet breakfast was good although it could use some more variety. They offer a selection of fruits, jam, cheese and butter , and a few breads. The bar was pretty pricey but the drinks were good. Recommended.

When I go to Switzerland for business, I know that my stay at the Mövenpick will be without hassle and enjoyable. The staff is efficient, polite and professional. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Excellent soundproofing and temperature control, with nice beds, makes for a good night sleep.
Actually a beautiful hotel. But for me, a hotel without a hotel bar is an absolute no-go. I think it was closed recently due to cost reasons. Maybe it would be better to have a look at the management etc. and make some financial cuts there. For a hotel of this class, simply a shame. -Reply: Thank you for the nice feedback/answer dear Mövenpick. But a Hotel Lobby or a Restaurant are just not the same as a nice Hotel Bar. Hope you will re-open it soon again.
Stayed here for 2 nights.. Must say the staff, food, ambiance and rooms are just incredible. You get very personalized service here, they even arranged for my wife’s birthday at my request. Good thing is a supermarket on a walking distance where you find things are very reasonable price. Recommend with 5 stars
Stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel in Zurich, Great Staff, warm welcome. Very helpful for directions around the hotel and toward downtown. Providing maps and written directions to downtown and to the Hotel from downtown. I want to take the time to mention Jonathan (front desk) was very helpful and kind. There's a restaurant, a lounge/Bar, Spa and business center. Bus stop steps away from the hotel and 10min walking distance to the train station. Very well positioned as there is a small mall right beside the Hotel. I definitely recommend this Hotel.
I was here on a business trip and spent only a night in the hotel. I found the staff extremely friendly. The room was really clean and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but the breakfast was really nice with lot of choice and good quality of food. The taxi ride from the train station to the hotel was quick and costed me 60CHF. I don’t put 5 stars because I found I could hear the noise from the corridor pretty much. It woke me twice or three times when someone closed its door violently. Nice stay anyway and I would come here again.
