A restaurant attached to the zoo. Nice decoration from northern thailand area. Plenty of seats both indoor and outside overlooking at animals. On sunday, it's accessable only with zoo ticket and offers canteen liked food. There are ready cooked dishes you can choose from with ok price. The other days is ala carte.

The place is so nice! Everything smells so perfect, garden is great! Stuff is great, friendly and they are really puting effort into making you feel good! Food is tasty, full of flawors, price are higher but for this kind of place, great! Would like to reccomend everyone to see it over the day cause of animals.

Sensational! Being a fan of asian, specifically thai food, and having tasted the original dishes in Thailand on several trips to several parts of the country, I've extremely enjoyed Himmapan creations. They are a delicate explosion of taste, spices, sensations framed by the stunning architecture of the restaurant and the impeccable service. Only strange point: the menus have not exotic thai names, but the ones of the Knee (the circus) family members...:S

Place ok.. food prepared in advance, so we had all dishes cold. Question of the 2chf deposit for a plastic cup it's not so clear. You'll find on your bill the detail that you have paid for each cup a deposit 2chf . If you give back your cup to the restaurant, you'll get back your 2chf. But there is not clear explanation about this so I suppose that lot of people are not getting back this money.
The food and facilities are great, but this time we had to wait more than the usual to get seated and to get the food
