I starting using Bexio just now and needed help setting up everything. I was stuck with some things and reached the Technical Support. They are excellent and very helpful. Even I couldn't get in touch the first time that I call and they call me back strait away. Once that I was totally happy, all sort it out and ready to go, the Technician told me again to reach support if I need it. Highly recommended.

SCAM! I subscribe for 30 days trial and insited with the sales person that I would not pay for a penny to test the software. Unfortunately bexio cannot adjust for our business needs and I cancelled the service via email as the sales person told after 28 days. It has been 2 months now and I still recieve invoices. I only recieve automatic email confirmation and no real answers. I feel quite helpless talking and the whole exercise is quite time consuming. Bexio has a very poor service and is a scam.

I am a new customer at Bexio and want to warn that what you see at a trial use is not what you really get. I saw that there are webinar training sessions scheduled, and that was a big reason why i chose the Bexio software. However the scheduled trainings actually don‘t really take place! I booked a session, cancelled my other meetings that day to attend it, waited for the call to start but it never happened. Also tried to book other dates, but the date listings are fake. If support and trainings are important for you, you might want to think again before purchasing the abo. They have a very aggressive sales team and call you and answer your questions very well until you purchase the abo. Afterwards is a different story. Update: January 2021 Not much has changed. Support is never available when you need it. Everytime you call, the hotline is not available. And then some 4-5 hrs later they call you but you're not sitting at the desktop and can't get any remote support anymore. Bexio should put more resource into phone/online support. Otherwise there's really no point in small businesses using Bexio. If this continues, I will go back to Excel or free accounting software such as CashCtrl.

--- EDIT: --- I was reached out by friendly Ana and everything was resolved. Bexio accepted the fact that it was a small miscommunication and I am fine with that :) --- They are trying to charge me 500CHF for a service I never even received saying that I made a request in writing which I never even made. Right now, I am literally being invoiced for services I never wanted, I never agreed to, and they never even happened. I got the invoice today and I emailed back today and somebody named Ana replied that I must now pay a cancellation fee. Hello? Nothing even happened yet and it's been a couple of hours since you sent your invoice email. But you weren't even supposed to cause I had no arrangements with you. Just close my damn account and don't invoice me out of nowhere. I have never used your service and you can see that in your dashboard.

This is a very bad company. I subscribed for a 30 days test account. Soon after, I have been called by a very aggressive sales agent who FORCED me to ACTIVATE my account over a remote destop session so I can start experiencing the offered features. I kept saying that I was not interested in the product, sent messages to the support team to cancel my account before the 30 days expiration, deactivate the account in the system online, I still received invoices.
