Best stay in Switzerland, spacious room with good amenities, gorgeous view to the lake and the hills from the private balcony. The hotel has a sunroof terrace at the top which offers breathtaking views to the surrounding lands. The hotel offers free wifi to guests, which is reasonably fast albeit the signal strength varies based on location. The parks surrounding the hotel are well looked after and neat. The question is not whether we come back here or not, but when will we come back.

Great family Hotel to stay with young children! Very friendly & helpful staff, decent meals options, great location to get to the ski lift.
Very poor infrastructure, the food is horrible and the staff is unfriendly. I would not recommend to stay here.
I love this place, exemplary clean, warm room, great view over the lake and mountains. I've never seen before such a clean place, you have the impression you're the very first one who's using the room. Great place. BRAVO.
Went there for a music camp, was amazing. Excellent food, excellent service. Very clean, and the people were all very friendly. Nobody complained about loud music, in fact everyone seemed very excited about us being there. Definitely advise others to go there as well.
Breathtaking scenery and beautiful place. Easy to go to Flumserberg and Maschgenkamm by cable car. Good wi-fi, friendly service and clean rooms. The bed was too small. Breakfast was ok but there was no vegetables available.
