I'm renting a new and an expensive apartment through them, so many issues, nothing was repaired within months (still waiting)... They just get their money and don't give a damn, don't provide any service or feedback. Never would cooperate with them again.
I am sorry for the people who needs to contact them, they are very rude. If there is a problem with your place they just don't care. Save your time and life, never make a contact with them. I am renting a place in Lausanne and I just can not believe that. how much sb can be irresponsible. They just ask you for money and they do nothing in return. We can call them theif.

Schicken 4 Monate in Folge eine Mahnung die schon 2x bezahlt wurde. Können kein Deutsch sprechen aber betreuen auch Wohnungen in der Deutschschweiz. Legen jedesmal das Telefon auf, wenn Sie sich nicht mehr darum kümmern wollen. Diese Firma ist die absolute Katastrophe und ein hoffnungsloser Fall. Auch viel Geduld bringt hier nichts.
