Friendly, delicious and inviting. We have been here so many times as a family and the host and chef are always welcoming and generous with their service. A true gem in the Geneva area!

Great location and cozy set up that has a great potential. Service was quite attentive too. But the food was a great disappointment. It almost felt like the cook has changed, as comparing to the feedback and photos shared by earlier reviewers we felt like we got to a different place. The fish I had was not fresh, some of the ingredients announced on the menu were “forgotten” and the overall price didn’t correspond to the taste, presentation and the freshness of the meal. Do not recommend.
The steak is to simply my favorite. I come/go for the conversation, the food, and wine recommendation. Just my favorite restaurant in Geneva. Claudia is just a joy.

Loved this place! A true hidden gem. The food was excellent - traditional but not boring, and very fresh, with a local seasonal menu. The risotto is a must and we also had a couple of great bottles of wine on their recommendation. Perfect combo for a chilly winter day. The hosts, Stephen and Claudia, could not be nicer, they create a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back in the summer months when they open up the terrace!

Restaurant la Fontaine is a great place to eat and drink. The food is delicious and there is a large selection of drinks too. Claudia is a lovely person with a very kind heart. She is very accommodating, friendly and genuinely cares about her customers. I would highly recommend la Fontaine to everyone.
It is a wonderful discovery nearby international Geneva. A very pleasant atmosphere to eat fine food and wine, and very well done fish dishes! Sitting in the courtyard felt like being part of a novel, looking peacefully the colors around and relaxing. Thank you Claudia for your kindness and for making us to feel appreciated and not just clients!
