Mrs Kassem Trautmann is a fantastic surgeon but what makes the difference is, that she is a wonderful person too. One feels that she genuinely cares for her patients. I had a procedure done with her, and was impressed by how thoroughly she discussed the process beforehand. She took the time, and explained precisely, what she could or could not do, so that I had realistic expectations. The operation was well prepared, and done under local anesthesia. I felt so relaxed that we even managed to share jokes while she operated. At the end, I was almost sorry that it was over :-). It is very rare to come across a person who involves herself so much into her work, and set such high standards for herself. After the operation, she called me twice to see how I was doing, and we met a few times for a check up and aftercare procedures. It is important to say that although the procedure I had done is meant to be very painful, I was amazed to have so little discomfort afterwards. I am very satisfied with the results so far, although it is still early days, but I would not hesitate to recommend Mrs Kassem Trautmann. With her, you are in very competent hands!

Dr. Kassem-Trautmann performed the newest generation of water-assisted body-jet (WAL) with local anesthesia and obtained optimal results. She is a well trained doctor that took a holistic approach to my health issues from my first visit. Her craftsmanship as a surgeon achieved results beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the results as well as my post surgery care.

This is an evaluation of Dr Katja Kassem-Trautmann of Zug. She operated on me for a cancerous lesion on my forehead in May, 2020. On a surgical/medical level, Dr Kassem-Trautmann did an impressive job. She explained the procedures from the beginning, performed the operation in two steps, and followed up with post-operative care. Within a week of the operation all discomfort was gone and dressings were minimal. I was able to resume all normal activities within a month. Four months later the scar is barely perceptible. I have full sensation and no loss of facial muscle movement. Dr Kassem-Trautmann’s devotion to her chosen profession and her commitment to excellence are both very visible. Her warm and friendly approach enable her to relate to her clients not just as patients but also as persons.

Dr. Kassem Trautmann ist die beste, einfühlsamste, lösungsorientierteste und leidenschaftlichste Chirurgin die ich je kennen gelernt habe.
