After a gear linkage issue in the alps with our motorhome we managed to limp near this garage, the staff were all very friendly. The owner/manager spoke perfect English which made the whole experience much easier, he was very genuine and helpful, keeping us up to date with the process, can’t fault the garage at all. Price wise i can’t really say, it seems a little expensive but so did everything in Geneva so maybe it’s just the going rate but the guys all seemed honest and trustworthy

Dealt with everything after somebody hit my car. Organised replacement cars, taxis dealt with insurance companies and made sure my car came back in great shape. Highly recommended SVP dépannage go the extra mile.

My car had been hit by another car and AXA (my insurance company) sent SVP to pick it up. Not only did SVP deal with both insurance companies, but the fixed the car so that it looked brand new. They also did the 10,000 km service for me at a very reasonable price, as well as a few extra things I requested. All this was done by an extremely lovely group of professionals who were kind and courteous at all times. I cannot rate this garage highly enough! One very satisfied customer

Mean employees. Reply: It's not personal. But for me, my car was special. I called ahead to let them know I was coming to say goodbye to my car, as it was totalled. I asked if they could help me remove the front logo of the car, and the person on the phone was very nice and said they could take a look. But when I got there, I got a very anti antipathetic and unsympathetic mechanic, telling me that \we don't do that here\ regarding helping me remove the logo. I understand that being emotional about a car is maybe a little trivial, but the least he could have done was given me a hand, or seem a little more sympathetic. Anyway, I would't recommend your establishment because I like doing business with humans, not robots.
