We came a school tour group here to learn more about how Swiss watch making happens. The people at Frederique Constant were very welcoming and did all they could to make sure we understood everything and enjoyed our experience. They do a lot of the watch assembly in house and the quality control also takes place here, in addition to the administrative functions.

Never ever buy watches from these criminals! Their watches break so freaking often. Terrible terrible absolutely terrible customer service. Maybe get a watch from Seiko instead?

Don’t buy watches from this company. They tend to have a lot of mechanical failures. Their excuse for not taking my watch under warranty was that it had a very slight dent which indicated drop damage.

Nous avons eu l'opportunité de visiter la manufacture le 14 juillet 2020 avec un groupe d'amis. La visite était vraiment superbe et nous avons pu l'avoir en anglais. La partie musée avec l'exposition de plusieurs modèles est très bien, suivie de la visite de l'atelier où nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir échanger avec les horlogers sur leur métier. Tout le monde a été vraiment très sympathique, depuis le comptoir d'accueil jusqu'aux ateliers. Merci à Léo et Léa, nos deux guides pour cette superbe visite !
