This is definitely one of the most fair Harley-Davidson shops in Switzerland. They do justice to the name and reputation of Harley Davidson. I bought a pre-owned 2011 Softail Deluxe which proved to have some electrical and mechanical issues after approx. 1000km of riding. I tried to get the problems fixed at the local Harley shop using the HARLEY EXTENDED WARRANTY I was provided upon purchasing the bike. Sadly, the local Harley shop was reluctant about fixing the bike, questioning the coverage of the warranty. Consequenlty, I had to ship the bike to Lugano where the guys form Gardel fixed all the problems at their own cost. Great job Gardel in treating the customers with courtesy and respect!

L’équipe est formidable, je recommande vivement, ils sont très professionnel... merci À toute l’équipe et surtout à Alberto et à Chiara. Très gentil à l’écoute des clients J’ai acheté un Road Glide neuve et Ils ont eu beaucoup de patience car je n’étais pas vraiment décidé à acheter. Ils ont su être patient, et à mon écoute ! Toute l’équipe Harley-Davidson Lugano est formidable ! Merci à tous ( du Big boss au mécano... )
Naja...war für den Anlass zu Corona Zeiten eher schlecht organisiert...keine Abstände an der Registrierstelle ... schlecht platzierte Bar, auch da null Abstand möglich!!!...schade....
