In mid-September my wife and her daughter had a 58 CHF lunch. She mistakenly signed a credit card receipt for 5800 CHF, which we discovered on our return from Switzerland. We attempted through several emails and phone calls to get the restaurant to correct the error with no success, in fact with no response. Now, several weeks into the dispute process with our bank, Grotto Malakoff still refuses to acknowledge an error, placing us at risk of losing almost 6000. They are behaving like thieves, knowingly refusing to acknowledge an error so that they can cheat us. Stay away from these lowlife.

Hier ist es mir bisher noch nie passiert, dass ein Gericht kalt auf den Tisch gekommen ist. Die Auswahl der Getränke lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Dekos auf den Plätzen und im gesamten Restaurant ist anständig und ästhetisch. Die WCs sind immerzu sauber und allem in allem vermittelt das Restaurant einen charmanten Eindruck. Mein Mann und ich finden die Preise auch absolut ok. Super toller und freundlicher Service. Ich finde, dass das ganze Personal dort einen guten Job gemacht hat.
Il ristorante offre dei buoni piatti. Personale cordiale, ma ogni tanto servizio un po' confuso. Ambiente caldo e accogliente. Noi ci siamo stati con un gruppo con menù fisso e non posso giudicare la carta. È situato in una zona tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio.
Aufmerksamer freundlicher Service. Gutes Essen (Lasagne hätte ein wenig mehr Salz haben können). Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.
Grotto molto caratteristico offre piatti gustosissimi.
Cucina curata e moderatamente ricercata. Servizio altrettanto valido e di qualità.
