I think that it's unacceptable to use the same tray for tables and for roling kebab/dönner (without using any protecion between food and tray), they serving on tray the food and then on the same tray they making the next kebab.You'll get it on table with protection, without knowing what's happening before closing the roll with kitchen paper/aluminium..
