Friendly and helpful store for purchases or rentals. Particularly pleased that they could cope with my UK size 15 feet, as they were the fifth and last store we had to try.

Usually a good service overall, except I needed my boots looking at as they were causing me lots of pain (I’m flat footed). I was served by ‘Travis’. After I was simply asking how the footbeds he was going to fit me were different than the ones I already had (they weren’t) he started swearing, walking off, being defensive and overall just plain rude. Was really quite an odd way to treat a customer. He kept trying to push this product on me with no interest in actually understanding my problem and he eventually just walked off. So it’s not recommended if you need something doing that isn’t on their list of things to sell quickly and easily. Overall terrible customer service and attitude. Not a way to treat customers and I will be instead using a much friendlier and welcoming shop down the road.

Dans le cadre d’une sortie d’entreprise, nous avons loué une dizaine de VTT. Comme d’habitude, le service a été très professionnel, flexible (changement du nombre de participants en dernières minutes) et a correspondu tout à fait à notre attente. Nous avons effectué un tour du Mont- Fort et n’avons rencontré aucun problème mécanique malgré une sollicitation exigeante des vélos, preuve d’une très bonne préparation du matériel. Ceci a été primordial pour le succès de notre sortie et nous motive pour un nouveau challenge l’année prochaine. Merci à toute l’équipe !
