Ok but nothing special. Suitable for kids with shoes available for rent from size 27, as well as skating aids (Laufhilfe) for young children. The changing room have lockers for rent (CHF2) but are otherwise pretty basic. They are also a long way from the outside rink (where the public skating is) down some stairs. Better to put your skates on next to the rink rather than walk with them on all the way from the changing rooms. I found the staff quite patronising. When I went to return the ‘Laufhilfe’ the metal key card was not released from the lock. When I tried to explain why I couldn’t return the card the staff were rather rude about it. Stressful.

What's not to like? Plenty of parking. Decent facilities on outdoor rink; inside arena more or less new. 1 star each deducted because it was really cold and Olten is in the middle of nowhere.
It's a big one but really really cold though.

Das Eishockeystadion in Olten ist seit dem Umbau ein richtiges Bijou geworden welches auch von der EHCO-Hockeyschule benutzt wird. Bei dieser Gelegenheit möchte ich allen die etwas zur EHCO-Hockeyschule beitragen ein grosses Dankeschön für das tolle Engagement aussprechen.
Nettes Stadion, gutes Bier und Essen. Leider waren die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen verschärft, dass man sich als Gäste Fan nicht frei im Stadion bewegen durfte, sondern Begleitschutz von der Security.
Trotz Corona und dem geschlossenen Innenbereich hatten wir am 11.12.2020 eine gute Zeit auf dem Aussenfeld. Es hat uns viel Spass gemacht hier Schlittschuh zu laufen. Die Eisbahn Kleinholz kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
