Cari lettori, oggi mi son fatto preparare 3 cordon bleus di maiale. In famiglia abbiamo finito ora di gustarceli. FENOMENALI. CI hanno offerto anche una girella sperimentale come chiamata da loro. Luganighetta con incorporato formaggio dell'alpe!!!! 10 su 10. Andate avanti con gli esperimenti che 5 fans gli avete trovati di sicuro. Bravi bravi e sicuramente vi farò ottima pubblicità nel luganese.

Eine Fahrt durchs Bleniotal ohne Halt bei der Macelleria Vescovi? Undenkbar! Hier ist alles von bester Qualität und besonders die frischen, hausgemachten Salsicce sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Sie passen perfekt zu Risotto, Polenta oder Rösti. (P.S. Vakuumiert überstehen die Würste problemlos auch eine längere Heimreise mit der Bahn oder dem Auto).
