I have relied on Och Sport for several years now, mainly for racket sports such as Badminton and Tennis. As other reviewers already wrote, the price is a bit higher than average but in my opinion this is fully justified as the quality you get is great, as is the service. Today I brought my Badminton racket to change the grip band and they advised me well and also change the grip band instantly without charging anything for this service. Plus points are also the very friendly staff as well as the central location. I can strongly recommend Och Sport, will also consider going there for other sports in the future.

I used to work retail and am picky about service, and this shop impressed. My son and I were greeted when we walked in the door, I asked if they had children's shoes and was directed to the lower level. Another employee greeted us there and helped my son pick out a pair of Turnschuhe (gym sneakers). She made sure that they fit well: a finger width of space to grow, no heel slip, toe not slamming the front if he stopped short.
