Don't recommend using their website for ordering, use phone! First of all 8 chikens strips were missing .We used their website \mange moi\ to place an order, all went though the page with order complete and etc appeared. Later we were told that our order did not go though, through their own website! Follow up: we received call from them with question what was wrong, we told them about mix up with the order and missing parts. The food was good. They said that they had many orders and there were a confusion and asked us to delete the review, when we said we will think about it THEY ASKED US NOT TO ORDER WITH THEM AGAIN. It was not my order i was a guest at that moment but I just can't ignore it, although 2 other quests were totally fine with everything.

Awesome staff, really nice people. They even gave us two drinks for free. Food is really good and tastes like nothing else you can find in similar restaurants in Switzerland.

Service very good (on time, friendly, efficient), prices reasonable for the area. The pizza however was very average, the base is a bit heavy and chewy, and the pizza lacks flavour. -- thanks for the response to my comments, and open minded way you deal with constructive criticism - Nyon desperately needs a good pizza delivery - and taking criticism the right way means maybe you can become it - And so I would be very glad to see this. Your pizza however is not for a moment believable as being Neopolitan at all. It vaguely looks like it tries to be, but it's thicker and much heavier, and truly lacks flavour. To start with the base tastes and eats far more closely to the style of Domino's than of Naples. Don't take that the wrong way, Domino's pizza is excellent at what it is meant to be, infact I love it just as much as Naples pizza in a different way - there's a reason it's so successful world wide, because it's delicious, and the service is usually great. If there was a Domino's pizza in Nyon, I would order it far more often than any other compared to the current offerings here. Your base is still much heavier and chewier than dominos, and doesn't taste as fresh. Nor do your cheese or tomato sauce have the flavour of Domino's, actually they were quite bland and tasteless. And your toppings also were quite tasteless. So even though it was made to order the pizza doesn't taste very fresh at all. So to call it a real Neopolitan Pizza made by a pro from Naples is honestly very far from the truth. I've not tried your other foods yet, and maybe I will at some point, but I'm unlikely to order Pizza from you again as it currently stands. There are plenty of other shops even in Nyon that make better Pizza.

We ordered the food through the mangez-moi website, it arrived 45 mins after the promised delivery time. The burger buns were chewy. We ordered vegetarian tacos and they came without the Pico de gallo and sour cream: they were dry and tasteless. French fries were greasy and under-cooked. All in all a huge disappointment.

Dommage, qu'il manquait les oignons dans les burgers et que se soit pas assez chaud... les frites également. Je suis persuadé que qu'un peu plus chaud, tout serait parfait. Produits de bonnes qualités ça se voit très clairement. Je tenterai une seconde fois pour ne pas rester sur une mauvaise note.
