A money-making operation. My case was totally mismanaged. I really lost hope after that and went into a downward spiral. They filled my head with total nonsense, unscientific rubbish. I have subsequently been diagnosed with a condition that caused all my symptoms and I am totally fine. But the Maiterie didn't even look for the problem. They just took the money. I wanted to sue but the lawyer told me he had a conflict of interest so I suppose I'm not the only one.

Overall, I was disappointed by this facility. If you are looking to recuperate in a spa-type environment, then it's ok: the grounds are beautiful, there is a nice spa facility, rooms are comfortable and food is good. But I went there with a health problem that needed resolving; I did not go for a holiday. For the amount of money (about chf1000/day) and time spent (over a month), I expected full assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow up. However, on admission I was interviewed for 30 mins by one therapist who hastily 'diagnosed' me with no second opinion. The details of my admission letter and description of my condition therein were largely ignored. All my treatment thereafter was based on this labeling process and many other aspects were therefore ignored. Little attention was given to my personal situation. I did try to get better treatment but the therapists wouldn't listen. I left with little solved and struggled for another 6 months before going into another public facility where treatment was much better and I have subsequently recovered to very well. Bottom line is that this is a private, for-profit establishment and you should be aware of that when entrusting your health to them.

un membre de ma famille a eu des soins dans cet etablissement et cette personne a coupé tous les liens avec la famille et n est plus la meme,on dirait qu il y avait un lavage de cerveau , c est quand meme inquetant

Honteux; n y envoyez jamais votre fille (ou votre fils : ) j ai payé pour 5 mois 135.000 euros et elle est ressortie exactement avec les mêmes dépendances ..... personne ne joindra la bas « aucun docteur « alors que cela faisait 4 fois qu elle était hospitalisée que j avais toujours eu de très bons rapports avec les équipes soignantes de « France . « Tout ce qu il ont réussi , c’est de la couper de notre famille chretienne avec de vraies valeurs . Sortie de cet hôpital elle ne s est plus intéressée qu aux autres malades dont elle se faisait une joie de suivre l évolution , les rechutes , les problèmes .. etc Vive la suisse !!! Scandaleux .vous n aurez plus d enfants .j ai beaucoup pleuré de ce bourrage de crâne .... qu on ne peux pas éviter à partir du moment où ils sont .... « majeurs »...

Cette clinique ma beaucoup aider et a su résoudre des grand problème que j’avais. Ils ont pris le temp nécessaire a resoudre mes problèmes. Un très bon accueil à l’admission et une prise en charge rapide dès le 1er rendez-vous. Pas besoin d’un long sejour et suivit post hospitalisation de jour très correct. Je vous remercie beaucoup de toute votre aide. Cette clinique même privé prend grand soins des patients même en ambulatoire. Grand merci.
