It took them 7 months to do 50% of my return. I followed up with them more than five times, asking for updates, and it was only in November when they told me they couldn’t get it done, 1 month before the due date. They never reached out to me telling me about the delay. They never communicated where they were in the process. I needed to pay additional money, interest, and fees as a result of their delay to get my taxes done.
