Great selection for home improvement and more. A lot of staff and they are both helpful and knowledgeable. They don't smile much but at least they are good and professional.

High quality and great service
I love this store, even it is a bit far for me. Jumbo offers a wide range of almost all materials you need to DIY. As other big stores you will get lost searching, but in a couple of visits you are going to locate anything, or just ask the helpful staff. Today's visit is my 1st this year, and I was surprised to see the new comers of divers plants, amazing ones I can count them here, you need to see by yourself if you are a gardening lover. I am not satisfied with the prices, but I will comment later making a comparison to other diy syore in Neuchatel.
Lack of articles/Personnel not competent and not really polite/quality-price very bad!!
