Ever since summer 2020 (which is when I discovered Brack sells Lagunitas IPAs) I've been ordering from them about every two weeks. Not a single time did something arrive broken, crumpled, late, or in a 'subideal' state. In fact, the care they put into packaging is more than noticeable. I will continue to order from them for sure.
