It's a shame because this agency looks professional, but for weeks now, while we have made a bid for a nice place and are immediately available, they keep telling us on the phone that they haven't decided yet and to call a few days later and so on and so on. It holds us back from proceeding with other options and they don't seem to care about it. It would be much more constructive to have a rejection if it's the case, rather than be left hanging.

For one month now, they keep telling us to wait. With this ridiculous rule that if you apply for an appartment you are obliged to pay compensation if in the meantime you find something else, I was expecting them to be a lot more serious. They cost their customers money, because the appartment is still available after a whole month. If I had a place to rent out, I would never use such an unproductive agency.

I have been dealing several years with them. Didn't fix major issues within the building during more than four years!! When other real-estate companies propose you repair for inconfort like major building work, these wil just wait for you to complain and then good luck to get any form of compensation. I am talking about month of no privacy like workers looking into your appartmet all day long doing really loud jobs non stop. They forbid you to have your own washing machine and then are really inefficiant to get their own working properly. I spent years going to public laundries. When asking for repair they become very unpleasant, hide behind bulding owners slow reactions etc. etc. the list goes on. absolutely unbelievable! I have been dealing with several realestate companies in Geneva for both professional and personal estates and this is from far the worst experience I personnaly had.

Hard to get a hold of the regie if you have any questions or requests. Expect to send 3 or 4 emails before getting a response. We were waiting for over a month to receive simple instructions to get my wife onto my lease but didn't receive anything until leaving a bad review on Google, then they were very quick to respond. Perhaps a bit too worried about reviews than giving good customer service.

UPD: To be fair... After I published this review, MV contacted me and after a while offered to reimburse the price of the remote. A year later the bill for the water was much less, so they paid me back some hundreds francs. Therefore, I do not consider them \cheaters\ anymore, and take this word back. This was probably a sole act by the certain employees, not to do with the company as whole. Still, people should be aware of this story. ### Original written in 2016: ### In the beginning, everything worked well, and support was good. However... these guys are ch###ers. I rented an apartment with a garden. After the first year I have received an extra bill for the hot water for 800 CHF. Looking into details, in the bill they have calculated triple price for the maintenance of the water counter, although we had only one. Then, I've ordered an extra remote control for the main gate. They did not want to pay, so I paid myself. When we moved out, they wanted the key back, without paying the price to me. By moving out we received another bill for cutting the grass of 2400 CHF, that is 60 working hours. And the final hot water bill is still to come. The price for the apartment has highly increased because of all these extra costs. Rip off and ch##ting! Never again.

Vraiment une régie incompétente. - Je reçois des factures pour un garage alors que je ne suis plus locataire. - Ils ne font pas leur travail vis-à-vis de l'office de la population ce qui cause de gros problèmes de facturation avec la redevance audio-visuelle (Serafe) - Ils nous balance à la figure leurs problèmes d'organisation interne en nous demandant de rapeler aux heures où quelqu'un daignera répondre sans pouvoir prendre un message et le transmettre - Ils ne rapelent pas lorsqu'ils promettent de le faire - Lorsque j'habitait un logement sous leur administration, ils refusaient de prendre en charge des défauts d'usure normale de l'appartement (volets, manivelles, poignées, gonds de porte...) - Il faut compter en semaines avant d'obtenir une réparation par un prestataire. - Ils ne tiennent pas leur dossier à jour. Je ne recommande absolument pas de passer par cette agence, vous allez au devant d'une grande perte de temps avec ces gens.

Une expérience desagréable qui ne se termine pas. Lors de remise des clefs pour habiter dans l'appartment: - Etat de la cuisine, salle de bain, WC avec des pourritures, des trous, dalle craquée... -Chauffage et chaudière non-operationelle jusqu'au 12 jours (14C dans l'appartement) et en plus, le locataire doir payer les factures du Service de Chaudière. -Aprés une couche de peinture, les vitres des portes ont été couvertes de peinture. Aprés mainte reclamation, la Régie n'a pas réagit. C'est désespérant et inadmissible.
