I paid at this branch for extending my permit, but I didn't receive the new one until I left the country. I complained to people at this branch and they said it was not their obligation to take care of my application, they were only responsible for collecting money!!! Okay, then I asked for a legal provision about their obligation, but they claimed that this provision was confidential, and as a person working in this country, I am not suppose to know it!!! I can't believe that this kind of bureaucracy exists in Switzerland. I also worked in some third-world countries, and even their governmental people are not so bureaucratic as people at this branch. A final remark: Swiss governmental staff are indeed very efficient and punctual, but only when they collect your money!

Most of the staff at this branch should be fired. They are inefficient, unprofessional, rude, ignorant and racist!!! They are a typical example of "cancer" of the modern civilized society. I would give a "zero star" if I could.
There is a short woman (between 25 and 35) with big glasses and wide forehead. She is extremely rude. She said that I should ask a native French speaker to talk to her, because my English is not good enough to communicate with her. Come on, I was born and raised in the US...I don't understand how Swiss people can bear such rude government staff. It's ridiculous that we are paying tax to feed these unreasonable people.
Horaire assez étrange. C’est difficile de trouver le temps pour venir avec le travail. Personnel sympathique

Que des voleurs, ils bousillent la vie des gens part plaisir je comprends pas comment ces gens peuvent encore se regarder dans la glace.. niveau accueil sa fait des années que sa n'as pas changé ont se fait généralement mal accueillir..
Tétanisée en m'y rendant, j'ai été très bien reçue. Mon interlocutrice était à l'écoute, compréhensive et sans jugement sur ma situation. Les informations et les explications qu'elle m'a fournies sur la procédure étaient claires. Elle était agréable, a fait preuve d'empathie. Les solutions et un arrangement ont été trouvé. Je repoussais le moment de n'y rendre et je n'aurais pas dû....j'aurais bien mieux dormi si j'y étais allée plus tôt. Je tiens à remercier la personne qui m'a reçue et qui a su me détendre malgré mon stress énorme. Un conseil : quand vous êtes convoqué ne repoussez pas votre visite là bas au dernier moment ; il y aura encore des solutions mais plus vous attendrez et moins vous en aurez.
