Attention buyers!! We ordered an expensive lamp from this vendor that arrived broken beyond repair. The seller stated that we are supposed to file a claim with our local post office here in the United States. They refused to accept a claim and told us that the shipper should have gotten better insurance or ship via another carrier. We went back and forth numerous times with the seller, but they are unwilling to pay for the damage or refund us. Now we are left with a total loss of 1,000
