Fail completely to do even the basics: answer emails, return calls. I hired them to rent out my apartment: they didn't organise the painters, cleaners as promised. I did. They lost the photos I sent them of the flat; I had to send them again - and then they uploaded one upside-down. They didn't get the electricians in as promised; I had to do it and then make and appointment and meet the electricians. They didn't get the locksmith to change the lock; I will have to do that. As for renting out the flat, they managed to show it once - as far as I know, because they don't keep me informed. But, they are very friendly on the phone.
