When I walked in, I spoke with this man that was extremely bitter and rude. Once I started speaking English, he cut me off and told me it's French only. Then when I was about to walk away he asked me to come back and spoke to me in English. He was no help at all, and he even told me that I should know French already if I'm on the French side of Switzerland. That English isn't welcome. English is a universal language and needless to say, he definitely ruined my day with his terrible French attitude. If you only speak English, avoid this place at all cost if you don't want to be discriminated against. Absolutely absurd.
