Got in the store dressed like beggars (we were coming straight from the mountains) with our dog (yes, they are pet friendly), looked at some fountain pens, tested some nibs. We received awesome customer support, staff is absolutely incredible. Thumbs up. The fountain pens are jewellery, I presume that's already extra info.

Amazing experience lovely guy served us. Even got some water in a mont blanc glass that i wanted to buy. Unfortunately they were not for sale. I would have bought them. Why are they not for sale?

Very products and very expensive

The customer service is great until you encounter a problem with their products. I recently quality issue with a pair of gold cuff links. A piece fell off 6 month after purchase. The warranty normally covers manufacturing problems 2 years after purchase. Upon presenting my warranty and cuff links, the customer sale manager right away tried to insinuate that it was my fault and that I must have dropped them. I had to correct that statement on multiple occasions. Then, when looking at the original warranty documents, he rejected my claim on base that 2 items numbers were on the document. This was due to an exchange as the cuff links were a gift. The customer service agent who performed the exchange had apparently not followed the internal procedure. In summary, MontBlanc will not repair the faulty cuff links because the sale agent of the time didn’t follow the internal procedure and I the customer is left with a pair of useless cuff links. A good company is one that respects in clients and holds itself responsible when in fault.

Not good customer service. I visited this shop with the intention of purchasing something, as a fountain pen enthusiast, and the shop assistant refused to leave me alone to browse. Perhaps it is because I was wearing casual clothes, but I have never felt so untrusted. When I entered a new room, she would always follow soon after, practically jumping round the corner as if attempting to catch me in the act of stealing. I did not purchase anything, and will likely not visit again.
