The worst of the worst the of worst parcel service company! Useless and incompetent! Always delay or not delivered, and total lack of information. Rude and careless technical assistance. RUN AWAY!!!!

Really bad service - parcel supposed to be delivered during the day and after 5PM send a message that \severe weather\ caused a problem. A bit of rain seems to be a problem or an excuse for bad service. There was no way to contact UPS and their proposed contact did not work. Renewed efforts the next day had the same result. I do not understand why companies continue to use such miserable service

UPS caused me a loss of USD20,000.- I received my importations more than a month late. They don't offer a refund and their 3 days guarantee is totally fake! They play with people, and they lie to their clients. All this time my consultant was telling me that documents were missing, and that was not true! Nothing was missing! By the time the products arrived my customers had already chosen other suppliers and all the products I imported were lost. My consultant blocked me on her phone and wasn't answering my emails. ups is made for big companies, money is more important than building trust and good service. The more you pay, the better you get treated - this should be its company vision published on ups website. Shameful for an American company!

Parcel never arrived eventhough it says \arrived at destination\. Delivery guy probably didn't want to spend time asking for door code. Phone service is absolutely horrible, these \ladies\ don't know what they are talking about and are extremely rude. One of the women even hung up on me. Shame on you UPS, I will never use this poor service again.

NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER WOULD I PUT MY TRUST IN THIS COMPANY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED! THEY ARE JUST AWFULL. I HOPE SOMEONE WILL SUE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER THINKING ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS, THINK AGAIN STAY FAR AWAY!
