Have used the list office a few times for both Swiss and international mailing. Services in both English and French languages are provided. The only one problem is that not all debit/credit are acceptable: my US didn't work; there is an ATM nearby though.

Convenient for banking with Postfinance if you work at CERN. Never had problem mailing letters. Rachel could come here to keep in touch with Tony while she visits!

Staff refused to ship my package and didn't know the correct size limit. The Swisspost at the airport shipped the package with no problem.
