Where to start. We've had some serious issues with Habitat from 2x couches arriving with broken frames & ripped leather to customer service not acknowledging what is happening. First, purchased the orange couch in April, something around CHF3k. Arrived June. Open box. Couch is smashed. It had been dropped from some distanced, re-boxed, and shipped. Replacement couch arrives July. As a joke, we ask them to open the box outside. Again, smashed. Leather falling apart at the seems. Go to shop. The display couch is doing the same. Upon close inspection at the shop, many of the display items are fraying. This brand has major issues: 1. Go to shop, there is no manager, you have to speak to central customer service 2. Email central customer service. No call. One line emails 3. The manufacturing processes employed are 2nd rate. There is something not right. Avoid at all costs
