This shop has discount sale as its anniversary. I have checked their after discount prices with the normal prices and noticed both prices are same as they have only alter the before discount prices of its showroom products. Attached some photos.

Relatively cheap furniture and home appliances store. Good deals on TV sets, washing machines and similar types of electrical and electronics equipment. The choice is somewhat limited.
Conforama doesn't even pretend to try. - Quality of product is below average - Showroom is not maintained, plenty of furnitures on display with wear and tear - They lie about discounts, never believe you are getting a great deal. The same products are often found with lower prices in other stores - Logistical nightmare. You're never sure when and if you'll receive your product - Poor customer service. You have to chase them, they will never contact you by themselves if there is any delay or issue with your product. And in this case, they don't even apologize or offer a compensation - Small redeeming factor is that they have some furniture that you won't find elsewhere
I would've scores this Zero stars if it were possible. This place has one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I purchased a fridge here and asked for it to be delivered. Upon delivery, the staff were a nightmare to deal with, as they found every excuse possible not to carry the fridge up the stairs to its designated place. I had no option but to ask that the fridge is returned. Having received a note to go to the store to request the refund, the store staff passed me from one department to the other for 2 hours, showing no willingness to help at all. Eventually, I was asked to go and see a department for the third time, whom only after some persistence chose to help. In the end, and after a very stressful time, I was refunded the price of the fridge but not the delivery. So essentially the store charged me for delivery of goods their staff failed to deliver. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and customer service. I will never purchase anything from here and would advise everyone to be cautious with their purchases, particularly where delivery is required.
It's fine but the quality of products is low and there is always a long waiting time to get anything delivered or ready for pick up.
Conforama is a great place for great seasonal deals ranging from electronics, home electrical appliances, furniture, lights etc. Anything to do with a home, office or hideout.. its the place to go. You will not be disappointed. I have been their client for over 18 years and I still go there.

5 MONTHS WAITING FOR A BROKEN TABLE, AFTER PAYING THE INSTALLATION PREMIUM SERVICE! We bought a dining table end of December 2019, and paid extra to have it assembled by Conforama specialists. The specialists broke a piece during the installation and we have been waiting for over 5 months (!) to have this fixed. No prospect of a solution whatsoever. Would not recommend anyone to consider this store
