I have been using Big Park Geneva for almost 3 years when they collected your car at the airport arrivals. Since having moved off site I have found they have improved! The service is efficient, professionnel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The longest I’ve ever had to wait for pick up on a return journey is 15 mins and this was peak time in the middle of the ski season. I would definitely recommend Big Park
Very bad experience. Left my car for a week-end and when a went to pick my car back, the door on the left side was broken. Conveniently video vigilance had problems in the moment when it happens. In the end, the manager just laughed at us and send us to resolve the things by ourselves.
